Return Policy

At First Harmonic Limited, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
 

Standard Return Window
 

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of shipment. To qualify:

  • Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging

  • All original accessories, manuals, and labels must be included

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required

Returns outside this window may be denied at our discretion.
 

Items Not Eligible for Return
 

The following items are non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturer defect:

  • Opened software or digital map/chart data cards

  • Pre-programmed electronics (e.g., AIS units)

  • Installed trolling motors or electrical components

  • Special order or freight-truck-only items

  • International orders
     

How to Request a Return
 

To initiate a return:

  1. Email returns@firstharmonic.com or use the Returns Request Form on our website

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions within 1–3 business days

Returns without an RMA number may be refused.
 

Defective Items
 

If you believe your item is defective, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact the manufacturer for technical support and to verify the issue

  2. If a return is authorized, provide the support ticket/technician’s name, product serial number, and issue details

  3. Once confirmed, we may issue a prepaid return shipping label and further return instructions

Note: Items deemed not defective upon inspection may be returned to the customer at their expense.
 

Non-Defective Returns
 

For products that are not defective:

  • Refunds will be issued minus any original shipping charges (if applicable)

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or insurance for high-value items

  • First Harmonic Limited is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments

Returns showing signs of installation, damage, missing parts, or mismatched serial numbers will not be accepted.
 

Order Issues, Shipping Damage, and Refusals
 

  • Cancellations: Once placed, orders are processed immediately and cannot be canceled.

  • Damaged or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • Refused or undeliverable shipments will incur all shipping charges (original and return), and may be subject to a restocking fee

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
 

Refunds and Processing Time
 

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via:

  • Original payment method

  • Store credit

  • Exchange (where applicable)
     

Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.
