Return Policy
 

We accept returns within 30 days of shipment, with the following exceptions:

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened software or chart data

  • Installed electronics

  • Special order or freight-only items

  • Items showing signs of use or installation

Returns must include all original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase. Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the customer’s responsibility.

Defective Items
 

For products deemed defective by the manufacturer, we may provide a prepaid shipping label. Customers must first obtain confirmation from the manufacturer’s technical support and provide technician details, serial numbers, and a description of the issue.
